Warranty Policy

Craft Auto Hub stands behind the quality of every part we sell. Most parts carry a 12-month / 12,000-mile limited warranty (whichever comes first) against defects in materials and workmanship. Specific warranty coverage is listed on each product page.
What's Covered
Defects in materials or workmanship present at the time of purchase
Parts that fail under normal operating conditions within the warranty period
Structural defects in the part itself (cracks, breaks, or failures not caused by installation or misuse)
Electrical components that fail due to manufacturing defects (not caused by incorrect installation)
What's Not Covered
Damage resulting from improper installation or modification
Normal wear and tear (brake pads, filters, belts, etc.)
Parts that have been modified, disassembled, or tampered with
Damage caused by accidents, collisions, or environmental factors
Consequential or incidental damages (labor costs, towing, rental car, etc.)
Parts used in racing, off-road, or other non-standard applications
Items with removed or altered serial numbers or part markings
How to File a Warranty Claim

Document the Defect
Take clear photos or video of the defective part. Include the part number if visible. This helps us process your claim quickly.
Claim Review
Our team will review your claim within 1–2 business days. We may request additional information or ask you to return the part for inspection.
Resolution
Approved claims are resolved with a replacement part or a full refund. We will cover return shipping on confirmed warranty claims.
Important Notes
Warranty claims must be initiated within the warranty period. Claims submitted after the warranty period has expired will not be accepted.
The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all warranty claims.
Limitation of Liability: Craft Auto Hub's liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement of the defective part or a refund of the purchase price. We are not liable for labor costs, consequential damages, or any other incidental expenses.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary by state. Nothing in this warranty limits your statutory rights.
